In the present many Pakistani dresses are depicting different cultures and traditions. Shalwar Kameez is the national dress of Pakistani woman. Shalwars are loose flared trousers that are in different designs. The fit is generally baggy or tapering. Narrow tight fitting salwars are known as churidars. It is a very comfortable dress code. In moderate areas Pakistani woman cloths include western dresses including short dress, pants and trousers. However in the conservative areas the traditional dress is wore by most of them.

The dress will also have additional features such as neckline sleeves, sequins and beaded flowers. Mostly the lehnga of red color is used on the wedding day but it's on the choice of the bride.
