For a Pakistani woman fitness and health care is as important as it can be for the women of any other part of the world but unfortunately in majority of the cases women in Pakistan do not focus on fitness they undergo normal busy routine and totally neglect their proper health issues. Lack of proper gyms for women is also an issue in Pakistan. Pakistani woman do not feel comfortable in going out for exercise. 1. Get busy at home. Clean your house more frequently, do more gardening and yard work.

9. Avoid ordinary oil and ghee in your cooking. Use olive oil it is very good for health and also reduces cholesterol and fats in our body.
