Pakistan Woman Health Issues & Treatment

Now-a-days many diseases are increasing day by day in Pakistani woman. The common basic health issues include headache, back and muscle pains, obesity, anemia, depression, high blood pressure, Diabetes etc. Heart diseases, cancer, strokes, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, Alzheimer's disease, osteoporosis are the most common diseases in women these days. These destructive diseases are the lead cause of the death of woman now-a-days and have become the story of every house. These common problems should be given proper attention as these are extremely dangerous for health.

Heart diseases:

The risk of Heart diseases is increased at old age of woman. Two-thirds of the Pakistani women suffer from heart diseases and are unable to fully recover and this becomes the reason of death in the end.

Cancer:

Various types of cancer are common among Pakistani woman now-a-days. Some of the most common cancer types are Breast cancer, lung cancer, blood cancer (Leukemia) which is the lead cause of deaths among women.

Strokes:

Primary health problems in a Pakistani woman include strokes. It is very common in middle aged women. The major causes of the strokes which are described by the doctors are obesity and higher blood sugar levels.

Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases:

These health problems in Pakistani woman are characterized by breathing difficulties, coughing, wheezing, and shortness of breath.

Alzheimer's disease:

Persons with this disorder suffer tremendously due to a decline in their cognition and memory functioning. It is one of the most pressing health issues among Pakistani woman.

Treatment:

Many types of treatments are invented and are being invented for the cure of these dangerous diseases. These issues shouldn't be taken easily and should be diagnosed in time before the time runs.

Special attention should be given to these issues for their limitation as these are increasing day by day and are hazardous for the society as women are the backbone of a society. Pakistani woman shouldn't neglect their health issues for the betterment of oneself and their family.

1. Attention on diet plan:

Right kind of food should be eaten and limited intake of food like saturated and trans fats. Fresh food should be preferred and organic vegetables and fruits should be taken. Green leafy vegetables should be taken the most.

2. Remain stress and depression free:

Avoid stress and depression as it is extremely dangerous to your body and mind. Try to relieve stress as much as you can. In the daily routine Pakistani woman totally indulges herself into work this leads to a stressful routine.

3. Exercise daily:

Whether it's a morning walk or proper exercise, a routine plan must include this. Obesity is mostly caused because of lack of the healthy routine and exercise.

4. Avoid unhealthy intake:

The women who are into these habits of smoking or alcoholic intake should immediately cut off these things as they are extremely dangerous for the health.
